I applied online. I interviewed at AllSaints Retail (Bristol, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
The recruitment process was disorganised and lacked basic transparency. After having to chase the recruiter for an initial response, I was sent a calendar invite that did not specify a video format, leading to an unexpected and unannounced 30-minute video interview when a quick 15-minute telephone call had been agreed upon.
Furthermore, there was a lack of clarity regarding the role; I applied for a Stylist position, yet the interviewer referred to it as a Senior Stylist role mid-conversation. The overall tone of the interview felt impersonal, making it difficult to establish a professional rapport.
To conclude the experience, there has been no follow-up or update following the interview. The lack of transparency and professional courtesy throughout suggests a significant internal misalignment.

I interviewed at AllSaints Retail (Covent Garden, England)
Interview
There was about 15 people including myself for the interview, and two workers were interviewing us. We stood in a circle, introduced ourselves and got into a small groups of 3-4 people. Then we had to make an outfit as a group for the scenario that we chose (etc. red carpet, wedding). After about 10-15mins of styling, we gathered around and gave a short presentation, explaining the outfit. Then we individually talked about our availability with the manager. Overall it was very chill and casual. However, it is hard to stand out because it's a group thing, so I don't know how they are picking out people to hire.
