All Weather Heating & Cooling interview questions

It's always going to be an interview with the owner who will ask basic questions about why you believe that you are qualified for the job in which you are applying. You will be given a mechanical/electrical aptitude test that really doesn't matter much when it comes to whether you get hired or not, maybe if you know nothing, but realistically there are a bunch of questions on there that have nothing to do with the job and they know and understand that too. Overall easy interview. Get the interview, show up on time and dont lie about what you know and your essentially hired.
