I found it a bit strange and misleading that they had provided a summary of the topics to be discussed for the interview which included your experience, strengths/weaknesses, what you’d still like to learn and how you’d like to develop your career in the next few years, however, none of these questions were asked in the interview. Instead, one after the other question for the majority of the call was a scenario/behavioral question on a past experience that you had to recall from memory.
