Brief interview with the owner (I talked to the manager once and owner once). I received a call back after applying for positions online and working with several recruiters.
I was asked to schedule a phone interview and when I did I was basically stood up twice in one day and tried politely reschedule but didn't receive a response from the hiring manager until a week later saying they hired someone else. I found it very disrespectful especially seeing as though the I made sure to be available at both of those times and I made sure to research the company and their social media outlets in order to prepare for the interview. I get things happen but this is the worst case of disrespect I have seen from an employer in the interview process
