Interview
I had a three stage interview and was told I’d be informed that week if I’d got the job or not. I was not told so had to approach the recruiter several times as I had other final stage interviews. Very unfair of them as I needed to know what was happening and whether to progress with the other agencies.
Also one of my interviewers was yawning during my interview which was vey demoralising and extremely unprofessional.
There’s seems to be a lot of miscommunication within Alfred. The agency and recruiter dealing with me were very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend!

I applied via email and got a response inviting me for an informal interview. I thought it went well and the interviewer was really easy to chat to. They told me they would get back to me about the next steps but I never heard anything back from them. Very unprofessional.
