Meesed up and not clear on how the process works for them, could be much better within the information they provide regarding the hiring process and time line Very disappointing company like this is behaving so unclear

I only had my initial screening call with the recruiter. She obviously failed to give my resume a close read, which clearly states I do not graduate until May 2026 and will not be availble to work until then. At the end of the call, she said we're looking to hire for this position immediately, does that work for you? Very disappointed.
