Horrible experience. They reached out to me immediately after applying and scheduled me for a 6 hour interview process which was scheduled in a span of 2 weeks. I had 6 interviews with 6 different people who were very nice to talk to. When asked when i can expect to hear back from the company after wasting 2 weeks of my time, they said they would get back to me within a week. I got absolutely no response for 3 weeks after the interview. I emailed the recruiter three times but I did not get a response. I mailed the recruiter once again and she responded saying that they have not made a decision yet and would get back to me within the week. I waited for a response but again, nothing from their end. I finally sent out an email the next week saying I have another job offer in hand and am waiting for their response to make my decision. The recruiter did not reply for over 5 hours and then sent me a mail saying they are choosing another candidate for the position. Why would you waste 2 weeks and 6 hours of someone’s time and waste 3 more weeks to make a decision only to say no to a candidate is something I can’t comprehend. Horrible experience.
