I applied online, got a callback two weeks later. I had a phone interview with a recruiter and on-site interview early December. Interviewed with 4 managers back to back. Most of them asked behavioral questions and one of them asked me technical questions on Ruby on Rails, tried to see how well I'd comprehend a new language. Other questions were based on my school projects and such.
