Applied online and was referred by a friend, got a call from HR for a quick conversation to make sure that my background and profile is a match. After that spoke to the hiring manager for around an hour and was asked to come in for an onsite interview. I was interviewed by another Senior Product Architect, Product Manager, Director and the hiring manager. Overall, it was a great experience, the team was very transparent, pretty straight forward questions, everyone was super excited to talk about Akamai and its future. It took almost a month to get an offer after HR called me to inform me that they will be extending an offer, it was simply because their HR system was being migrated to a new platform. HR did an awesome job on keeping me up to date with regular check in. Very impressive! Very very positive experience and excited to join the team.
