Bad communication and lack of proper timely updates. They started both aptitude and the GD rounds by several hours late. Though they had an interesting approach for a GD, it was something we weren't informed earlier about nor about the detailed interview process

Interview
It was okay, I prepared some stuff before interview and I answered some questions. it was brief screening interview and I am waiting for my results, I hope I will pass, it was general questions about myself, company, the info about the work which i applied and etc.
Nothign special it was mostly predictable, and there wasn't anyting that i woud't expect whille applying for this job. It was just a regullar expeirence mainly nothing special, the description of job was good and I knew exacly what to expect
