It was a two-stage interview. The first was with the HR Manager and the Strategy lead and the second was with the HR Manager, Engineering lead, the Strategy lead, and two other members of the organization.
The first was to kind of establish a fit where a take home question was given to me to submit later in the week. And the second was to present my solution to the team of the officers in attendance while I answered more questions that I was being asked by the Strategy lead.
