Aire One interview questions

In person interview at their sales office/shop with hvac operations manager. Very little parking in parking lot. Casual interview with questions testing knowledge and hvac experience. HVAC operations manager was short and in personal. Was told I would hear back on the result of my interview and was ghosted. Heavy focus on qualifications less on experience. Not a mom and pop shop.
