The process consisted of three rounds, each focusing on different aspects of my background and technical depth.
1. Round 1: Phone Screening:
- Brief intro, background, and alignment with role.
2. Round 2 (Project-Based):
- Deep dive into one project. Focus on ML fundamentals—especially confusion matrix, precision/recall, and evaluation reasoning. Describe using an example use-case.
3. Round 3 (GenAI/LLMs):
- Questions on LLMs and RAG, evaluation of RAG systems, and hallucination mitigation.

How do you evaluate a RAG system and mitigate hallucinations in LLM outputs?

Interview
Interview did not happen, as they did not call after shortlisting the candidates. I tried to reach out, but they did not respond, very disappointed. Was looking forward to work there.
