Friendly interview process with clear communication throughout. Everything was well organized and nicely scheduled. The interview took place in a comfortable, relaxed room, making the overall experience pleasant and stress-free.

Usually split into 2 process, one by HR for common background review, another by the respective tech department. The tech department will provide us with some common questions to gauge the basic understanding of programming, and there's also a bring home "task" to gauge your understanding on the respective role you're unterviewing for.
