A few rounds. First, the initial recruiter screening, then meeting with the hiring manager, then a case study, then presenting the case study, a personality and logical thinking test.
Got a good initial vibe and feeling, but towards the end, it changed. A lot of phases in the recruitment, and at the end, they decided that they need someone with different skills (even though I would've had the 'other' experience they wanted as well, though didn't empathize that in the interviews because it was not something they were looking for). So it seemed a little bit unprofessional.
