Ridiculous. I was contacted by their HR representative and along with a long list of irrelevant questions she asked me to refer to myself as a simile and explain in a few sentences why I am that object, animal or thing. Then I was sent an IQ/personality test along with a one sheet of how I would handle a busy day while working for three direct bosses. After all of that, I went back to check the job description, and it was for a part time job.
