Consisted of: 1. Initial chat (around 20 minutes and non technical). 2. Small technical take away test - far too easy for a senior developer role. 3. Technical interview with somebody that asked no technical questions and lacked the knowledge to know if I had the required skills. 4. A 1 hour+ meeting with around six members of the team (around 15 minutes with each). This was more of a 'fit' interview to see if you would fit with the culture.
