The process consisted of two short interviews: first with HR to discuss motivation and company background, then a second one with the CTO about frontend engineering. The technical questions were fairly standard, mostly around Angular and state management, followed by a quick demo of their product. I was asked to confirm my interest the next day, and when I didn’t reply within 24 hours, they informed me two days later that they wouldn’t continue the process. The overall impression was that the company values speed over substance.
