in over my head, job description didn't match the tasks they wanted.
so got there and couldnt answer enough questions to get through.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Advanced IT Services (Nottingham, England) in Sept 2024
Interview
Standard questions about previous work, experience with certain hard/software.
Then moved onto more personal questions (i.e., what can you bring, what does teamwork mean etc.) to complete the interview. Very friendly and easy to talk to, didn't feel rushed or pressured in anyway.
Promised to get back to me regardless of success by the next day, never heard from them again despite follow up email.
