Casual and informal, more like a conversation. I went to the facility which is a very nice house and I had a tour of the place, met some of the residents, and talked with the owner. The whole process was a lot about getting a feel for the place and seeing if I would be comfortable working alone there. Overall I thought that the interview was very comfortable and I learned a lot about the place and how everything worked in their facility.
