In my experience, leadership appeared inexperienced and often made decisions driven more by ego than sound judgment. The way a company conducts its interview process is usually a strong indicator of how it operates day to day and that was certainly the case here. Pay close attention to those early signals; they tend to reflect the broader culture. Also note, they require you to be in office 3 days a week without providing you advance notice on which days you’ll be due in.
