I got called on a phone screening and we went over my resume. The recruiter went over the job title (i did not apply to this specific role). Overall I felt that it was not a bad phone screening however I never got contacted again. Not even a follow up even if it was to deny me.

I received an email with a request for an interview to which I agreed. The interview itself was simple and quick. However, following the interview I was ghosted and never contacted by the recruiter again despite her saying she would have a follow up the next day.
