Interview
Initially application happens through a job portal.
We are then contacted via WhatsApp by their representative to schedule an online video interview.
The Interview involves a briefing and then an ice breaker. We are then split into 2 groups with 1 being experienced and one not so much. We then roleplay our chosen scenario and give feedback to fellow interviewees.
Afterward, a representative follows up with our results whether we are selected or not.

Question 1
Roleplay as a trainer to teach a class with a story/activity of choice within 5minutes. Scenarios may be pre-defined by various audience ages and sizes.

Structured and people were personable. They were very open to accepting people from all walks of life . Staff were friendly, and shared vision candidly. It also shares requirements well.
