Interviewer turned up late by 30 minutes. The person who interviewed me was clearly not prepared him/herself and there was no follow up or reply from the company.

First round of interview is through zoom, very simple and straight forward. it felt like a screening session. 2nd interview was done ftf in their office. Overall the interview went okay, the interviewer was also rather friendly to be honest,
