Title: Efficient Process but Lacking Personal Touch
I recently applied for the Junior QA Engineer position at the end of 2023, and I was impressed by the swift response from the recruitment team. They promptly provided a link for technical questions and an English test, which, on the whole, were reasonable with a few tricky elements.
However, my experience felt somewhat impersonal, as no one from the team reached out to me personally. It gave the impression that the process lacked a personalized approach, making candidates feel like mere CVs in the system. While I understand the need for efficiency with online assessments, introducing a touch of personal interaction, such as a brief call, could greatly enhance the overall candidate experience.
