Interview
You apply online, it took about three days for a call back to come in for an interview. The interview was held at 7 o'clock at night, they say thats the only time they can do interviews. You get there, fill out an application, sit down with the director, and assistant director, along with another person being interviewed. They ask questions, and tell you they'll let you know within a couple days. Then if you passed, you get to come in, fill out paper work, and start your 2 week 'training trial' period.

They ask you your basic daycare questions, and scenarios. What is your favorite activity to do with children? How long have you been in child care? A parent comes in mad and yelling about Johnny biting their kid today, what do you do to reassure them and calm them down? I really think they found these questions online.
