I was recruited while shopping. I was provided a password to an online application website. I went in to interview within a week. I was among 3 other people interviewing for the job. We met in the store and walked down to a nearby cafe in the mall. I received a call about a week later offering me a position.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
