Filled out an application in-store and attended a group interview about one week later. The interview process was simple, it was obvious what answers they were looking for. Waited one week to call and check status of application, was told to call back the next day and got the job.

What three things would you bring to a desert island?
They sent me to a retail store to interview that was over 15 miles away, meanwhile, there was a retail store less than 3 miles away. The interview and attire was casual

It was easy, quick and its personality questions not hard at all. Dress like the brand be enthusiastic. Be well spoken it will help a lot not showing that you are shy and timid will give you the upper hand

Quick chat with a manager, usually goes well, might ask you about time commitment and what hours you'll be working, most full time employees are older but a lot of high schoolers work there
