I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch in May 2011
Interview
I was recruited, applied online, and called back for an interview within the week. Rather than a one on one interview, I was interviewed in a group with other potential hires. We were each asked questions individually, but everyone had the same set of four questions. We were interviewed by the assistant manager and he was very open and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know each of us. After he had finished asking his questions, he opened the discussion to any questions we had.

Question 1
What is the importance of diversity in the workplace?
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
