I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (State College, PA)
Interview
This is a group interview, you need to try and stand out. They are looking for people who fit in, or are social. They don't have any second rounds. I once did an interview for Hollister and there were 10 people. This particular interview I had one other person interviewing with me, and I think since it's a college town there may not be many other applicants. If you do recognize any one who may have referred to, don't hesitate to say hi. This interview was done in 2011.

Question 1
Describe yourself, What is the difference between Abercrombie and Fitch and Hollister?
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
