First round is recording yourself answering behavioral questions. Lasted around 30 minutes. Questions like why Abbott, something unique about you, how do you stay up to date on trends, etc. Next round is an interview with 4 directors. Again, behavioral questions and seeing how your mind approaches problems. Probably 30mins to 1 hour.
