The first round was with the regional manager, who clearly outlined the role’s expectations and asked thoughtful questions about my past professional experience. The process was well-conducted and professional, allowing ample time for me to provide thorough responses.
However, the second round, which was an in-person interview with the director, felt quite different. Unlike the first interview, this one lacked the same level of openness. The interviewer spent a significant portion of the time re-explaining expectations that had already been covered in the first round. Additionally, he asked multiple questions in succession without giving me the opportunity to fully respond.
In my view, this round felt less professional, as the interviewer also expressed personal opinions on topics unrelated to the job, which detracted from the overall experience.
