All on zoom: Prerecorded interview questions, then a final round consisting of 3 30 minute one on one interviews with hiring manager and team. Very straightforward in communications and timelines.

General resume walk through and behavioral. Reason for applying is especially important.
Two virtual interviews and one in-person interview at the Abbott Nutrition headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Questions were mostly personality-based and scenario handling. Overall, not a mind scratching or exhausting process. Admins were respectful and professional. Did not waste time.

Interview
Pre recorded interview with time line of when to answer questions recorded. Need good lighting and a comfortable environment to be in that is quite. Answering questions can be difficult since you are not talking to a real person but instead being recorded.
