Interview
It consisted of two 30 minute interviews with 2 interviewers in each room. They ask behavioral questions that have you explain a problem as well how a solution was reached.

Question 1
Typical Behavioral Questions were asked. Be prepared to answer many of these types of questions. For example: Recall a time you worked with someone difficult. How did you handle that situation?
Mostly behavioral questions with some questions asking how you would respond to a certain scenario. However, after they asked if I had work experience (which I replied No), they asked questions specifically catered toward someone with experience working in a similar position.

Interview
Its a hit or miss as they look to hire weak candidates. If youre a minority you will need to be interviewed by a minority to get the job. The women seem to get into positions of authority
