I was contacted about scheduling an initial interview with the hiring manager, and asked to provide availability. There was no reply or scheduling that occurred for over a week, and then an invite was added to my calendar and moved around several times. When I reached back out to the interview coordinator there was no reply until the day of the interview when the meeting had to be moved again. After the interview I followed up with a thank you email directly to the hiring manager and interview coordinator, I heard back from the hiring manager thanking me for my time and then heard nothing. I followed up and never received a reply.
