Didn’t love using the recruiting company they used. Short turn around and didn’t seem to reply to emails or phone calls for a long time. Interacted directly with the manager more.

Interview
I had a total of 8 interviews, each interview being from 1-3 hours. It’s very intense and stressful. Just know your product portfolio you are interviewing for. The managers are really cool and I may have had more interviews because my role was more specialized.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AbbVie
Interview
Took 3.5 months, 4 interviews, very little follow up even when a clear timeline was stated. Said they would call on X day & would not...multiple times. I had to continuously follow up and was strung along for months. Was told I should feel very good about my standing & then received an auto email from HR stating they chose another candidate. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, waste of time & effort.
