A HR Coordinator was assigned to schedule four conversations, all occurred virtually and over video.
four separate interviews with hiring manager , one of her peers, and two team members over Teams Meetings. The people were very nice, put me at ease and asked very direct questions.

I cannot get an interview despite having a background that matches/exceeds requirements. It appears the company does not open itself to many candidates outside their industry. I applied multiple times to multiple roles and never received a reply.
Went through 4 rounds of interviews before they went with someone else. And it took about 5 weeks from start to finish. They were very communicative throughout the process. Each interview decision took about a week to week and a half.
