I was invited to apply for the sophomore externship. After 2 interviews I attended the 3 day event. This was followed by an interview with 2 professionals from the marketing division. I heard 2 weeks that I received an offer.

Interview
They were 2 people, friendly and very well-spoken. You could immediately tell if they thought you were a match or not. Do not bother if you feel the energy shift downwards.

I had Phone interview after my application, After that they invited me to Face to face interview with human resources and brand manager. After one more phone call I was accepted
