Interview
Interview was pleasant. It was a panel of four people. I was told that there were no right or wrong answers and then began about 45 minutes of situational questions, inquiries of how I would handle a particular situation, difficult employees, etc.

Interview emphasis was on the mission transitioning from cost plus to fixed price. What experiences have you had in that area to demonstrate competency in dealing with vendors and customer in a fixed price environment? i.e. "How do you tell your customers no politely?"
