It was based on strengths and ability to work in a team. You must be resilient, focus. You must be a good listener, because you have to listen to the prisoners to attend to their needs. You just have good judgment skills
Interview 2 technical rounnds and 1 manager round and 1 hr round. Attended the interview for the project ESB Enterprice Service Bus for integratiing the different systems of the client Singapore post.
