What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses?

The interview questions were very typical like why I applied for the job, why I am planning on leaving my past job, what I do when I have a disagreement with a coworker, which Unit I wanted to work in and why, what my career plans are for the next five years etc. They did ask one or two ASEAN-related questions such as what I think the differences in perception are between ASEAN people and Korean people and how I can contribute to bridge the gap. The written exam was a very simple prompt about whether I am a morning person or a night person. However, I know for a fact that more recent recruitment rounds had more challenging questions about ASEAN-Korea relations as well as a translation test.
