Online competency questions
In person interviews, this is done in a group role play, games, watching a video and completing a test and 1 to 1 interview. Quite laid back and fun mostly. Also take you onto the shop floor to test you out.
In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
