Interview
Met with a section leader at Asda customer services and they gave me a tour of the store and explained the role in detail. At the end they sat me down in an interview room and went through some questions.

Q: How would you deal with a disgruntled customer?
Fairly straightforward, just asked about me and then work experience I had done, a few tell me a time questions then they took me round the shop for an activity

Interview
Very short was only asked about myself no real interview style questions however i did not end up getting the job they let me know via email wish i got a better chance as the interview lasted less than 10 minutes
It was an easy interview process for me, they explained everything very very clearly and lots of lots of help was given to arrange the times and dates of the calls and interview.
