Interview
Small group interview consisting of about four of us. All we had to do was fill out some paperwork, explain a bit about ourselves and our current/previous job and why we wanted to work for Asda. They desperately needed new staff to start immediately and we goy offers there and then.
Smooth, it was a group interview, they asked us for availability and showed us around the store and we had tell each other about ourselves. Then we got the job the induction was from 9-3
Asked questions relating to what you currently do in terms of work or education. Shown and given the chance to participate in a pick walk. No preparation needed before hand.

Are you currently employed and if so, what is the notice period?
The interview process was quick, easy and very informal, they asked me to tell them a bit about myself and then they described the role in more detail and then at the end of interview they asked me if I wanted to have the job.
