Interview
We had a group interview and we were paired into groups of two and you talk about each other. I was paired with a lady who was borderline irritating and made both of us look bad. They wanted me to be available more than I could as I study I wanted a 20hour contract and they just wanted me to be around more which I couldn't do

Question 1
They asked about how I helped my previous store save money
very well structured, asked interesting questions and asked for insightful knowledge about yourself, discussed role and what to expect on the job and the different tasks i may be faced with and how to overcome the tasks and complete them successfully
I applied online and received an invitation to undergo their magic training session which was a group session. The aim was to work together while building a tower of balloons to beat the other team. It was a lot of fun and the most enjoyable hiring process, I've had up to date. It was very relaxed and everyone was very nice.

After the magic session, they asked the standard interview questions such as;
Tell me a bit about yourself?
What do you know about the company?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
The interview didn't last that long and I believe the magic session is where you will be able to show off your character to see if you're a good fit. I'm a quiet person but I just went for it and got the job so fake it till you make it and research the company!

Interview
Aptitude, technical, HR interview, apti was of English, quants, thought it was easy they have negative marking. which makes it little difficult. You can find papers online on any website for their exam.
