Interview
Group interview followed by one to one. Group interview was an ice breaker, our input on how to improve Asda's services, then a chance to carry out a task on the shop floor. One to one had general questions such as availability, my positive traits and weaknesses.
Phone call interview it was normal. Basic interview questions about previous retail work. I did not mind it and I do not think it was very difficult. The questions were not technical.

Interview
Short, basic questions. The manager was nice and showed me around after asking questions regarding experience and expectations. Overall nice experience. Everybody was nice and I felt good during the interview
