Group interview where you had to work as a team to sell a product and come up with an advert, slogan and speech to sell the product. Then one to one individual interviews with one of the managers.
it was a smooth process that involved tas questions were asked following the STAR process. if you know what you are doing, you will get it right. Be confident, engaging and let them be the judge..if it's yours, it's yours.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted within a week to attend a group interview at my local store. The process was straightforward and well-organised. The session lasted about a quarter of an hour, which consisted of a short chat with two managers.
The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. It seemed like they were mostly looking for enthusiasm, teamwork, and a basic understanding of customer service. No technical questions or formal assessments were involved.

Do you think you could handle someone being denied service
It was professional but quite relaxed and not stressful. The interviewers were friendly and happy to answer questions I had. They were timely and did not leave me waiting around.
