Round 1> Recruiter Screening Round 2> Technical Interview Round 3> Client Interview Round which is mostly technical Interviews were scheduled well in advance and support given by HR was fantastic. They are a H-1B sponsor and their HR manager who handles immigration is an outstanding HR professional who hand-held and guided me throughout the entire process.
