It was very relaxed. Dress up to style, show that you know current events and can talk someone's ear off. Be fun out-going and a tad flirtatious. I kind of just walked into the store and was told my interview would be the next day. As a sales lead, I hated receiving applications from people dressed in sports shorts and sweater. If you're going to want a job there, dress according EVERYTIME you go in. Don't think "Oh I'll just dress up for the interview."
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ALDO Group (Kitchener, ON) in Jun 2023
Interview
I found it very informal, and I immensely enjoyed this as it allowed me to get a feel for the team I would be working with. The interview had two stages: one with the store manager and the other with the district manager.
