I applied via LinkedIn and was emailed the following day with an invitation to complete a video interview. I had 5 days to complete this.
There were 9 questions to answer. I was given 30 seconds to read each question & 60 seconds to provide my answer. You go through some technical checks to ensure your microphone & camera are working. There is an opportunity to practice before you begin and you're shown a series of videos giving you tips on how to do well. They were all standard competency questions.
In one of the videos, I'm certain it states that you can sort of submit once you're happy with your answer however, this is definitely NOT the case.
I simply found it extremely difficult to interview via video. I struggled most with there being multiple questions in 1 (E.g. Can you tell me about a time when you worked to improve a working relationship? What did you do to achieve this? Why did you need to act? What was the outcome?). I found it difficult to remember everything they were looking for. It is still detailed on the left of the screen, but there is pressure to remain looking at your camera and you also need to be conscious of the clock ticking.
